We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales professional with strong experience in ERP / SaaS / Enterprise Software sales . The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, qualification, product pitching, pipeline management, and converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify B2B leads through calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Understand customer requirements and identify suitable ERP solutions .
Conduct product presentations and online demos for prospective customers.
Manage the complete inside-sales cycle from lead qualification to closure .
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure regular follow-ups.
Work closely with Field Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, and Implementation teams .
Maintain accurate lead and opportunity information in the CRM .
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets .
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Track competitor offerings and market trends.
Required Skills & Experience
5–8 years of experience in Inside Sales / B2B Sales.
Prior experience selling ERP, SaaS, Enterprise Software, or IT solutions is preferred.
Strong experience in lead generation, qualification, prospecting, and conversion .
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Experience handling mid-market and enterprise customers is an advantage.
