About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Generate leads, conduct product demos, and convert prospects into customers.
2. Onboard new customers and guide them through Kwikpic's features.
3. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
4. Understand customer needs and resolve issues effectively.
5. Drive renewals, retention, upselling, and revenue growth.
6. Collect customer feedback and coordinate with Product & Engineering teams.
7. Maintain accurate customer and sales information in CRM/CS tools.
