Your Role: Inside Sales - Senior Executive

Your job is to find the right person at the right company, get them interested enough to have a conversation, and hand them to our Enterprise Sales Managers with enough context that the meeting actually goes somewhere.

This is a 100% desk role. You will not be going on field visits. Your tools are LinkedIn, https://jobeax.com/link/1Bgry9b1JjF3T7c4, email sequencing tools, HubSpot, and your own judgement about what makes a lead worth pursuing. You are not a tele-caller. You are a researcher and outreach specialist who understands the difference between a contact and a qualified lead.

HubSpot is central to this role. You will live inside it every day — logging contacts, tracking outreach, writing handoff briefs. You will also be the first person to notice when something is broken or missing in how data flows through the system. That intelligence goes to your manager; fixing it at the strategy level is his job, not yours.

You will cover India's top 2000 companies across IT, BFSI, GCC, FMCD, and Manufacturing — identifying HR, Admin, Marketing, and Procurement decision-makers who fit our ICP, reaching out, qualifying intent, and handing over warm leads to the ESM team.

Key Responsibilities

• Research target companies from India's top 2000 — IT, BFSI, GCC, FMCD, Manufacturing — and map the right stakeholders at each

• Identify Head-level and above contacts in HR, L&D, TA, R&R, EE, Procurement, Trade Marketing, and Sales using LinkedIn and https://jobeax.com/link/1Bgry9b1JjF3T7c4

• Run multi-touch outreach sequences — email and LinkedIn — to generate intent signals from ICP-matching contacts

• Qualify interest and hand over ICP-QLs to ESMs with a clear 5-line brief: company, contact, outreach history, intent signal, and recommended next step

• Log every contact and interaction in HubSpot within 24 hours — no backlog, no memory-based entries

• Flag data gaps, broken workflows, or missing fields in HubSpot to your manager on a weekly basis

• Outreach activity floor: 200 activities in Month 1, building to 400/month from Month 2. ICP-QL targets: 15 in Month 1, 20 in Month 2, 30/month from Month 3.
