About the job

This is a full-time, remote Inside Sales Executive role.

1. Call every inbound lead the same day it comes in from webinar registrations, aptitude test submissions, DMs, and website enquiries.
2. Run discovery properly. Find out where the person is stuck in their career, then tell them honestly whether Menler is the right move or not.
3. Close enrolments for the Kickstarter and fellowship programs and own your monthly number end to end.
4. Run the follow-up sequence on WhatsApp and email for everyone who did not convert on the first call, because most enrolments in this market close on the third touch, not the first.
5. Keep the CRM clean daily. Every call logged, every objection recorded, and every stage accurate, so the pipeline number is real.
6. Report back what prospects are actually saying, which objections keep repeating, and which programs get instant interest, so pricing and positioning get fixed with evidence.
7. Show up on webinar nights to work the live chat and pick up the hot leads while intent is still high.
8. Conduct market research to identify AI learning demand across colleges and build relationships with institutions, student communities, clubs, and placement cells.
9. Build a partnership programme with colleges, communities, and companies that generates pipeline beyond one-off campaigns.
10. Execute campus marketing initiatives, workshops, webinars, referral programs, and awareness campaigns to generate qualified leads and expand Menler's reach.
