Position: Inside Sales Associate / Executive

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation or related roles.

Position Summary
We are looking for a proactive Inside Sales Associate / Executive with strong B2B sales, lead generation, cold calling and outbound prospecting experience. You will be responsible for identifying potential business prospects, connecting with decision-makers, qualifying leads and generating sales appointments for the Business Development & Sales team..

Key Responsibilities
* Research target companies, industries and key decision-makers.
* Generate and maintain qualified B2B prospect lists.
* Conduct cold calls, email outreach and LinkedIn prospecting.
* Personalize outreach messages and manage follow-ups.
* Identify prospect requirements and qualify leads based on need, budget, authority and timeline.
* Schedule discovery calls, sales meetings and product/solution demos.
* Nurture prospects and maintain consistent follow-ups.
* Update lead and activity information in CRM.
* Track outreach, responses, qualified leads, meetings and conversions.
* Coordinate with BD, Sales and Presales teams for smooth lead handover.

What We're Looking For
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales.
* Experience in LinkedIn prospecting and email outreach.
* Good understanding of B2B sales and appointment setting.
* Strong follow-up and lead-qualification skills.
* Comfortable using CRM and sales tools.
* Experience with Apollo / LinkedIn Sales Navigator is an advantage.
* Experience in IT Services, SaaS, Cloud, ERP, AI or Enterprise Technology is preferred.
* Exposure to the US market / international clients will be an added advantage.
