Strong hands-on experience with Azure infrastructure and Networking — Hub-Spoke architecture, VNets, subnets, NSGs, UDRs, Azure Firewall, Private Endpoints, Private DNS, VPN/ExpressRoute and Application Gateway.
Expert-level Bicep/IaC experience — must be proficient in writing reusable Bicep modules and using Bicep to provision Azure infrastructure such as VNets, AKS, ACR, Key Vault, Storage, Private Endpoints, Application Gateway, monitoring resources, etc.
Strong AKS/Kubernetes experience, including cluster administration, deployments and production troubleshooting.
Must be highly proficient in writing and troubleshooting Kubernetes YAML/manifest files — Deployments, Services, ConfigMaps, Secrets, Ingress, Jobs, etc.
Strong ability to work with developers during production issues , analyze application/Kubernetes logs, identify root causes and troubleshoot application, infrastructure and networking problems.
Hands-on Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)experience, including host pools, session hosts, FSLogix, sizing, provisioning and user troubleshooting.
Strong Azure Data Factory experience — Linked Services, Integration Runtime/SHIR, private connectivity, Azure SQL and Snowflake integrations.
Experience with MuleSoft integrations, Key Vault, secrets/certificates and secure connectivity .
Strong CI/CD experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines and GitHub Actions/Workflows , including infrastructure and Kubernetes deployments.
Strong production support and incident management experience, including P1/P2 troubleshooting, RCA and performance analysis.
Very good hands-on experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, Prometheus/Grafana and KQL .
Must be comfortable writing and running KQL queries to investigate application errors, infrastructure issues, AKS logs, performance problems, failures and production incidents.
