About the job

Key Responsibilities

1. Influencer Discovery & Outreach: Scour Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube daily to identify and connect with relevant health, fitness, and lifestyle creators.
2. Relationship Building: Pitch collaboration ideas, send direct messages and emails, negotiate basic terms, and onboard creators for product seeding and campaign collaborations.
3. Campaign Coordination: Manage product dispatches, ensure creators receive their HealthSense products on time, and track content-publishing schedules.
4. Content Monitoring & Reporting: Track live posts, stories, and reels; maintain an organised database of creator contacts, engagement rates, and performance metrics.
5. Trend Spotting: Keep up with current social-media trends, viral audio, and competitor activity to pitch fresh campaign ideas to the creative team.

4. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple creator conversations and tracking sheets simultaneously.
