Work mode : HybridShift : 4:30 PM to 1:30 PM ISTJob Description :Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and other Salesforce development frameworks.- Develop and maintain Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs and integrate Salesforce with external systems and middleware platforms.- Analyze business and technical requirements and independently deliver technical user stories, enhancements, and defect fixes.- Implement complex Salesforce customizations and CRM enhancements aligned with business requirements and enterprise architecture.- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, integration failures, performance problems, and production defects.- Provide production support, including root-cause analysis, incident resolution, and preventive measures.- Participate in Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD processes, including source control, automated deployments, and release management.- Work with tools such as Gearset, Copado, Git, or similar Salesforce deployment and DevOps platforms.- Design and implement solutions considering Salesforce data architecture, data relationships, security, scalability, and performance.- Support and execute data migrations, data transformations, and data quality initiatives.- Follow Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, security guidelines, and deployment methodologies.- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Salesforce Administrators, Architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.- Contribute to technical design discussions, code reviews, estimation, and solution documentation.- Work effectively within enterprise-scale Salesforce environments with complex integrations, customizations, and multiple business https://jobeax.com/link/QgTYEdUNhSPVn3Zd :- 6+ Years of experience in Salesforce Development with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce- Salesforce Integration Development (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware integrations)- Experience with complex CRM enhancements and customizations- Strong troubleshooting and production support capabilities- Salesforce DevOps and deployment experience (Gearset/Copado/Git preferred)- Knowledge of Salesforce data architecture and data migrations- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery teams- Ability to independently deliver technical user stories and defect remediation- Familiarity with enterprise-scale Salesforce environments- Strong communication skills to collaborate with business analysts, admins, and stakeholder.
