IQVIA seeks a QA Analyst in Bangalore with 3+ years of SQL and manual testing experience to design test plans, execute end-to-end testing across multiple phases, and collaborate with developers to ensure product quality and defect resolution.

Responsibilities

• Design and document test plans, test cases, and scripts; categorize severity incidents
• Execute end-to-end testing including user acceptance, functionality, and regression testing
• Write SQL and PL/SQL scripts to validate file operations and data integrity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify test cases for automation and maximize coverage
• Perform root cause analysis on defects and work with developers to resolve issues

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SQL and manual testing
• Proficiency in creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Knowledge of data-driven testing methodologies and practices
• Experience performing user acceptance, functionality, and regression testing
• Familiarity with requirements traceability matrix (RTM) and documentation
• Preferred experience with Selenium automation and TestNG frameworks
