About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound calls from international customers.
2. Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
3. Maintain professional communication and deliver excellent customer service.
4. Resolve customer concerns while following company policies and process guidelines.
5. Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system.
6. Meet performance targets related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Other requirements

1. Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process.

2. Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

3. Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.

4. Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US business hours.

5. Willingness to work from the office in Navi Mumbai.

6. Immediate joiners preferred.
