2. Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
3. Maintain professional communication and deliver excellent customer service.
4. Resolve customer concerns while following company policies and process guidelines.
5. Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system.
6. Meet performance targets related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
