Responsibilities

• Design and implement autonomous agents using LangChain, https://jobeax.com/link/x5OJTgUk5BytQUwi, SK, Autogen, and related frameworks.
• Develop and optimize retrieval-augmented generation systems and knowledge retrieval pipelines.
• Create evaluation frameworks to test agent performance and safety.
• Implement monitoring and logging systems for agent behavior.
• Develop documentation and best practices for agent development.
• Contribute to improvements in agent architecture and capabilities.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional experience.
• Full-time BE, BTech, MCA, MTech, or MBA qualification.
• Advanced Python programming, including asynchronous programming and API development.
• Experience building and deploying autonomous agents, LangChain applications, RAG systems, and LLM API integrations.
• Experience with vector databases, embedding models, prompt engineering, LLM optimization, and knowledge retrieval systems.
• Understanding of safety principles, hallucination resolution, modern software development practices, Git, CI/CD, and testing.
• Preferred experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, agent orchestration and workflow tools, NLP, Docker, Kubernetes, semantic search, information retrieval, and agent alignment and safety.
• Required skill: Pega BPM.
