Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Analyst for its Innovative Medicine Finance Transformation program to coordinate and govern multiple S/4HANA transformation releases. The role manages project planning, risk oversight, stakeholder communications, and executive reporting across business and IT workstreams to drive program success and organizational value.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and execution of multiple S/4HANA transformation releases across business and technology workstreams
• Monitor project progress, identify schedule deviations and risks, and escalate critical issues to leadership
• Maintain and govern RAID logs and risk registers; facilitate mitigation planning and change control processes
• Facilitate program meetings, workshops, and decision boards while managing action items and communications
• Develop executive dashboards, KPI reports, and status materials for senior leadership and steering committees

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, IT, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of project management, program governance, or transformation initiative experience
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, ERP transformations, or digital transformation programs
• Proficiency in risk and issue management, RAID logs, and governance processes
• Strong analytical skills with ability to develop KPIs, dashboards, and executive reports
• Demonstrated stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination capabilities
