Responsibilities
Coordinate planning and execution of multiple S/4HANA transformation releases across business and technology workstreams
Monitor project progress, identify schedule deviations and risks, and escalate critical issues to leadership
Maintain and govern RAID logs and risk registers; facilitate mitigation planning and change control processes
Facilitate program meetings, workshops, and decision boards while managing action items and communications
Develop executive dashboards, KPI reports, and status materials for senior leadership and steering committees
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Economics, IT, Engineering, or related field
8+ years of project management, program governance, or transformation initiative experience
Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, ERP transformations, or digital transformation programs
Proficiency in risk and issue management, RAID logs, and governance processes
Strong analytical skills with ability to develop KPIs, dashboards, and executive reports
Demonstrated stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination capabilities
