Responsibilities
Configure and customize SAP TM solutions including BN4L and Advanced TM modules
Lead requirement gathering sessions and translate business objectives into SAP configurations
Serve as primary liaison between business users and IT teams
Identify, document, and escalate critical issues for timely resolution
Collaborate with internal and external teams on project delivery and system optimization
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP experience
Strong communication skills for business and technical stakeholders
Analytical and problem-solving abilities with escalation leadership
SAP TM certification or equivalent credentials (preferred)
10+ years SAP Transportation Management experience (preferred)
Expertise in BN4L and Advanced TM modules (preferred)
