Illustrator / Graphic Designer in Bengaluru, India

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer who can develop compelling designs across 360° marketing touchpoints . The ideal candidate should be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and experienced in creating both offline and digital assets , ensuring strong brand consistency and visual impact across platforms.
Design high-quality marketing and branding assets across multiple formats, including:
In-mall branding materials (standees, banners, kiosks, POSM)
Out-of-Home (OOH) creatives (hoardings, billboards, transit ads)
Social media creatives (static and basic motion, if applicable)
Digital assets (display ads, website banners, emailers, etc.)
Conceptualize and execute 360° campaigns across offline and online channels.
Translate briefs and brand guidelines into visually engaging designs.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and business teams to deliver creatives on time.
Ensure accuracy in layouts, dimensions, and production-ready files for print and digital.
Maintain consistency in brand identity across all platforms and assets.
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite :

• Photoshop
• Illustrator
• InDesign
• (Solid understanding of print and digital design specifications .
• Experience working on OOH, retail, and in-mall branding materials .
• Ability to design for social media and digital platforms .
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing .
Understanding of marketing and branding principles.
Experience working with agencies, retail brands, or large-scale campaigns.
Knowledge of Figma or other digital design tools is a plus
