Role & Responsibilities
Deliver 24/7 bedside care to critically ill patients, managing ventilators, hemodynamic monitors, and infusion pumps with precision.
Administer medications, perform emergency interventions (CPR, defibrillation), and document vital signs and clinical changes in real-time.
Collaborate with ICU physicians and specialists to implement and adjust care plans based on patient response and diagnostic findings.
Ensure infection control, sterile technique, and compliance with hospital protocols during all procedures and patient handling.
Provide emotional support and education to patients’ families during high-stress situations and end-of-life care.
Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure seamless handovers during shift changes.
