Onycon Infrastructure is great career opportunities for HR Intern for our Head Office in Mumbai work from office. The role will primarily manage head office daily HR Activities. Applicant's residing in Mumbai/ Mumbai Suburban should only apply for this job.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Attendance and Payroll: Managing employee's attendance, their leaves request, ensuring accurate recording of employee work hours and making attendance reports. Assisting in payroll of employees by ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries, manage payroll-related queries
2. Grievance: Resolve Employee concerns and grievance related professionally and impartially
3. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale, motivation, and productivity.

Who can apply

Other requirements

1. 1-3 YRS in HR Operations/HR generalist.

2. Hands on Experience with attendance and payroll processes.

3. Good knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS/attendance systems.

4. Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

5. High level of confidentiality, accuracy and attention to detail.

6. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field/ Any Ordinary Graduate

7. Good handwriting, excellent english, good email writing skills, communication skills, Excel skills.
