Key Responsibilities:

1. Source and shortlist candidates as per overseas client requirements.
2. Coordinate client interviews and trade tests.
3. Handle bulk recruitment for Gulf and international projects.
4. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
5. Follow up with candidates for interviews, selection, and documentation.
6. Coordinate with clients and internal teams for recruitment and deployment.
7. Prepare daily recruitment reports.
