About the job

As an HR executive at ADVIKA INFOTECH, you'll help keep day-to-day people processes organized, responsive, and clear. You'll work with colleagues and managers to support employees throughout key stages of their time with the company.

Key responsibilities:

1. Coordinate recruitment activities by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and maintaining accurate hiring records.
2. Support onboarding by preparing documents, tracking required information, and helping new employees understand administrative procedures.
3. Maintain employee files and HR records, using MS Office tools to keep information organized and handle it with care.
4. Update attendance, leave, and other workforce trackers in MS Excel, checking entries for accuracy and following up on missing details.
5. Respond to routine employee queries in clear, professional spoken and written English, and direct sensitive or complex matters to the appropriate contact.
6. Assist with preparing HR letters, internal updates, and reports, proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity.
7. Help coordinate performance review and training administration by scheduling activities, tracking completion, and organizing related records.

Probation:
