At Maple Tax Consulting, the HR Executive will support employees and managers across key stages of the employee journey, helping keep HR processes clear, accurate, and responsive.

1. Coordinate onboarding by preparing documents, tracking required information, and guiding new hires through joining formalities.
2. Maintain employee records and HR trackers, using MS-Excel and other MS-Office tools to keep information accurate and organized.
3. Respond to employee questions and support day-to-day employee relations with discretion, clear communication, and timely follow-up.
4. Help plan engagement activities, gather employee feedback, and coordinate practical follow-up with relevant managers.
5. Support attendance and leave tracking, prepare routine HR documents in MS-Word, and communicate updates in clear written English.
6. Coordinate exit formalities, including documentation, return of company property, and communication with departing employees.
7. Assist with HR correspondence and conversations in spoken and written English, ensuring employees receive accurate and professional information.
