About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, and shortlisting.
2. Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
3. Communicate with candidates and ensure timely follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
4. Evaluate candidate suitability against role requirements.
5. Maintain recruitment trackers, employee records, and HR documentation.
6. Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities.
7. Support day-to-day HR operations and employee queries.

Recruitment Process:

Stage 1: Resume Screening + Introductory Call
Stage 2: Cognitive Test (30 mins) + Assignment (3-4 hours)
Stage 3: In-Person Interview
Stage 4: Offer Letter
