About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Post job openings on LinkedIn, Naukri, and other hiring platforms.2. Screen resumes for internal hiring requirements.
3. Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
4. Follow up with shortlisted candidates regarding interview availability.
5. Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment databases.
6. Coordinate offer letters, joining dates, and onboarding formalities.
7. Support recruiters with interview scheduling and candidate documentation.
