As an HR Trainee at Logicon Facility Management, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of human resources while working with a dynamic and supportive team. Your proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office will be essential in assisting with various HR tasks such as data entry, report generation, and document preparation. Your strong English language skills, both written and spoken, will also be crucial in communicating effectively with employees and management.

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing necessary documents and conducting orientations.
3. Maintain and update employee records in the HR database to ensure accuracy and compliance.
4. Assist with employee relations matters by conducting investigations and documenting findings.
5. Coordinate training and development activities for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
6. Support HR initiatives and projects such as performance management and employee engagement surveys.
7. Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings and preparing correspondence.
