We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist with proven experience in recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment.
Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for IT, Engineering, and Technical roles.
Identify talent through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, and Boolean searches.
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline across European markets.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements.
