About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain relationships with companies, HR teams, recruiters and talent acquisition professionals.
2. Identify companies actively hiring for roles relevant to Digifine students.
3. Reach out to organizations and pitch Digifine Academy as a talent partner.
4. Develop corporate tie-ups and hiring partnerships with companies across different industries.
5. Generate regular placement opportunities for students and alumni.
6. Coordinate interviews, assessments, recruitment drives and campus hiring activities.
7. Share relevant student profiles with hiring companies and coordinate the recruitment process.
8. Follow up with companies and candidates throughout the hiring cycle.
9. Maintain a database of companies, recruiters, job openings and placement outcomes.
10. Build a strong network of HR professionals and recruitment agencies.
11. Explore opportunities for internships, apprenticeships, freelance projects and full-time placements for students.
12. Maintain long-term relationships with companies to generate repeat hiring opportunities.
13. Understand hiring requirements across different departments of Digifine Academy.
14. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, recruitment networks and other channels.
15. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations.
16. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
17. Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage.
18. Maintain an updated candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
19. Assist in onboarding and joining formalities.
20. Maintain regular performance reports tracking key metrics including student placements, onboarded and active hiring partners, job opportunities generated, interviews, offers, conversion rates, repeat employers, and successfully closed internal positions.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

1. Student Placements per Month- Number of Digifine students successfully placed into relevant companies.
2. New Corporate Tie-ups per Month- Number of new organizations successfully onboarded as Digifine hiring partners.
3. Active Hiring Opportunities- Number of genuine job/internship opportunities generated for Digifine students.
4. Placement Conversion Rate- Conversion of student interviews into actual job offers.
5. Corporate Relationship Development- Quality and longevity of relationships established with HR teams and organizations.
6. Internal Hiring- Successful closure of Digifine Academy's own recruitment requirements.
