Salary: 18,000- 30,000 per month + applicable performance incentives

Global Empire Rewards Limited is looking for an experienced and proactive Female HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, candidate screening and hiring operations. The ideal candidate must have excellent spoken English, strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple vacancies efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, shortlisting and interview coordination.
2. Post and manage vacancies on Internshala, https://jobeax.com/link/SCoIVBqgtttQwCYJ, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
3. Conduct candidate screening calls to assess experience, qualifications, communication skills and suitability.
4. Handle multiple vacancies simultaneously and achieve recruitment targets within deadlines.
5. Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates and manage joining formalities.
6. Maintain accurate candidate records, call updates and recruitment progress in the company's CRM system.
7. Prepare daily and weekly hiring reports and coordinate with management on recruitment requirements.

Salary and Benefits:

1. Fixed monthly salary of 18,000- 30,000, depending on experience, qualifications, English fluency and interview performance.
2. Additional performance-based incentives may be offered separately.

Note: This is a full-time, in-office position in Ludhiana, Punjab. Immediate joiners are preferred.

1. Minimum 2 years of relevant HR or recruitment experience, candidates with 3+ years will be preferred.

2. Excellent spoken English and professional communication skills.

4. Good candidate screening, interviewing and follow-up skills.

5. Familiarity with CRM systems, spreadsheets and recruitment tracking.

6. Ability to manage high-volume hiring independently and meet deadlines.
