About the job

As an HR Associate at Millennium Money Finance, you'll support the day-to-day people operations that help employees and managers get timely, accurate HR assistance. You'll handle records, coordinate routine processes, and communicate clearly while keeping information organized and confidential.

Key responsibilities:

1. Maintain employee files and HR trackers, entering and updating information accurately in MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
2. Assist with recruitment coordination by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and keeping hiring records up to date.
3. Support onboarding by preparing documents, coordinating schedules, and guiding new employees through routine HR steps.
4. Respond to employee questions about HR processes, sharing clear information in spoken and written English and directing complex matters to the appropriate colleague.
5. Help prepare routine letters, forms, and reports using MS Word and Excel, checking details and formatting before sharing.
6. Track attendance, leave requests, and other employee documentation, following established procedures and flagging missing information.
7. Coordinate HR meetings and training logistics, including invitations, attendance records, and follow-up materials.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 25,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
