About the job

As an HR Trainee at Lineup Manpower Solutions Private Limited, you'll support day-to-day HR activities while building practical skills in communication, coordination, and office administration.

1. Assist with scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and sharing clear updates in spoken English.
2. Help maintain employee and candidate records, keeping information organized and accurate.
3. Prepare and update HR documents, trackers, and reports using MS Office applications.
4. Support onboarding by coordinating paperwork, collecting required details, and helping new joiners with basic process information.
5. Respond to routine HR queries or direct them to the appropriate team member.
6. Assist with attendance and leave records, checking entries and flagging discrepancies for review.
7. Provide administrative support for HR meetings and activities, including preparing materials and recording action items.
