About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
2. Contact candidates and explain job profiles, salary, location, and eligibility criteria.
3. Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
4. Schedule and coordinate interviews with HR teams and employers.
5. Follow up with candidates regarding interview results and joining dates.
6. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
7. Handle walk-in interviews and recruitment drives.
8. Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
9. Verify candidate documents and maintain proper records.
10. Build and maintain good relationships with candidates and clients.
