As a human resources associate at Statix Green Energy Private Limited, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR team with various tasks and projects to ensure the smooth operation of the department. Key responsibilities:

1. Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job listings, scheduling interviews, and conducting orientations.
2. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
3. Coordinate employee training programs and development initiatives.
4. Handle employee relations issues and provide support in resolving conflicts and grievances.
5. Assist with performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to employees.
6. Support HR team with benefits administration, payroll processing, and other administrative tasks.
7. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and satisfaction within the organization.
