About the job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle end-to-end recruitment and candidate screening.2. Post jobs and source candidates through relevant hiring platforms.
3. Coordinate interviews, offers, and joining formalities.
4. Manage employee onboarding and documentation.
5. Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records.
6. Coordinate payroll inputs with the Accounts team.
7. Support employee engagement and performance reviews.
8. Manage HR letters and employee documentation.
9. Handle resignation and exit formalities.
10. Maintain basic HR and recruitment reports.
11. Proactively suggest improvements in HR processes and hiring strategy.
Skill(s) required

Earn certifications in these skills
Other requirements
1. Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Management, or related field.
2. 1–3 years of HR/recruitment experience preferred.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong follow-up and organizational ability.
5. Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment portals.
6. Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Salary
Probation:
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 12,500 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,10,000 - 3,10,000 /year
