About the job

As an HR Executive at Adex Media Hub, you'll support day-to-day people operations and help keep recruitment and employee processes organized, responsive, and accurate.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and keeping hiring steps on track.
2. Review applications and screen resumes against role requirements, sharing clear, relevant summaries with hiring managers.
3. Maintain candidate and employee records, ensuring information is accurate, organized, and handled with care.
4. Use MS Excel and Google Sheets to update recruitment trackers, prepare basic reports, and monitor HR process timelines.
5. Respond to routine employee and candidate queries with clear, professional communication in spoken and written English.
6. Support onboarding by preparing documentation, coordinating schedules, and helping new hires complete required joining steps.
7. Assist with ongoing HR operations, such as maintaining attendance or leave records and following up on pending paperwork.

1. 1+ year of experience in HR/Recruitment preferred.
