Arete Technologies India Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced human resources executive to join our team. If you have a strong background in effective communication, English proficiency (Written and spoken), employee relations, and time management, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals.
2. Manage the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and facilitating onboarding for new hires.
3. Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
4. Maintain and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
5. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to support their professional development.
6. Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
7. Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹12,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,05,000 - 2,90,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,80,000 - 2,40,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 25,000 - 50,000 /year
