About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handling recruitment process - job posting, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
2. Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
4. Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
5. Manage attendance, leave records, monthly salary sheet, fuel reimbursement sheet and coordinate with accounts for payroll processing.
6. Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
7. Handle employee queries related to HR and maintain confidentiality.
8. Employee engagement activities and internal communications.
