Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day HR operations and maintain employee records and documentation.
2. Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
3. Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
4. Maintain attendance records, leave records, and employee databases.
5. Assist in payroll processing by verifying attendance, leaves, and relevant employee information.
6. Coordinate with employees and management regarding HR policies, procedures, and workplace concerns.
7. Support employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work environment.
8. Prepare and maintain HR reports, trackers, and employee documentation.
9. Ensure timely completion of HR processes and follow company policies.
10. Support performance review coordination and employee feedback processes.
11. Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
12. Coordinate with different departments to address HR-related requirements.
