About the job

We are looking for a passionate HR Lead to join our luxury ceramics decor company. You'll primarily work with applications such as Excel, Mail, and Word. You will be equipped with all necessary information regarding ceramics and roles in order to network with potential employees. This is an opportunity to develop your Human Resources skills in the ceramics industry, whilst making a change through your work.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create role descriptions for ads and application portals.
2. Research on in sites such as median salary, working hours, hiring sites for specific roles needed in the company.
3. Communicate and manage hiring procedures with existing/potential employees.
4. Contribute ideas to make Management and processes better.
5. Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
