Key Responsibilities:

1. Own the hiring journey - from sourcing and screening to interviews and onboarding.
2. Make onboarding smooth, welcoming, and actually memorable.
3. Help create a workplace where people feel heard, valued, and motivated.
4. Drive employee engagement initiatives, team activities, and culture-building moments.
5. Keep employee records, documentation, attendance, and leave tracking organised.
6. Coordinate payroll inputs and support monthly HR processes.
7. Maintain HR trackers, reports, and employee data with accuracy and confidentiality.
8. Coordinate office administration, vendors, and day-to-day operational requirements.
9. Build smarter systems and processes instead of doing everything manually.
10. Spot gaps, take ownership, and make things work better.
11. Work closely with team leads to understand hiring needs and find the right talent.
12. Keep hiring pipelines, candidate communication, and recruitment trackers on point.
