We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Human Resources Executive to join our team at She Can Foundation. As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and success of our organization. Your knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel, along with strong English proficiency in both spoken and written communication, will be essential in this role.

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective HR strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
2. Coordinate recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process.
3. Manage employee relations and provide support on HR policies and procedures.
4. Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
5. Handle performance management processes, including goal setting and performance evaluations.
6. Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
7. Collaborate with the leadership team to align HR initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.
