3. Contact teachers and faculty members regarding available job opportunities.
4. Explain job profiles, salary, location, experience requirements and the selection process to candidates.
5. Screen candidates based on their subject expertise, experience, location and salary expectations.
6. Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment records.
