About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions.
2. Understand job requirements and prepare/source suitable candidate profiles.
3. Post job openings on relevant recruitment platforms and social media channels.
4. Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
5. Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments.
6. Schedule and coordinate interviews.
7. Conduct preliminary HR interviews wherever required.
8. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
9. Coordinate with hiring managers regarding candidate requirements and interview feedback.
10. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
11. Maintain a healthy recruitment pipeline and achieve assigned hiring targets.
12. Track individual employee performance and assigned outcomes.
13. Monitor KPIs, targets, productivity, attendance, and task completion.

Special note: The first 5 months' fixed perks will be 12k, and 5k incentive.
