About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make 150-200 calls a day to candidates from job portals, references, and databases.
2. Explain the job role, timings, location, and basic salary details clearly
3. Screen candidates on basic criteria (experience, location, availability, expected salary).
4. Schedule in-person interviews and coordinate timings with department heads
5. Send interview confirmations and reminders by WhatsApp or call.
6. Follow up with candidates after interviews.
7. Keep a daily record of calls made, interviews scheduled, and candidate status in Google Sheets.

Other requirements

1. Fluent and confident in Hindi (spoken); basic English and Marathi are a plus.

2. Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily.

3. Clear, polite, and convincing phone manner.

4. Basic computer and WhatsApp skills, plus basic Excel or Google Sheets

5. Organised and good at follow-ups.

6. Prior experience in telecalling, recruitment, or HR is preferred but not required.

7. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
