About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
2. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates as per business requirements.
3. Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
4. Handle joining formalities, onboarding, documentation, and induction.
5. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
6. Manage attendance, leave, and employee-related HR records.
7. Coordinate with employees and managers regarding HR-related queries and concerns.
8. Support employee engagement and employee relations activities.
9. Ensure timely completion of HR processes and documentation.
10. Assist in maintaining compliance with company HR policies and processes.
11. Prepare and maintain regular HR reports and MIS.
12. Support employee exit formalities and related documentation.
13. Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth HR operations.
