About the job

We are looking for an energetic and communication-focused HR executive to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for hiring customer support executives for international BPO processes and managing the recruitment process from sourcing to joining.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Source candidates through job portals, databases, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels
2. Handle end to end recruitment for Customer Support Executive positions in International BPO processes
3. Screen candidates based on communication skills, experience, eligibility, and job requirements
4. Conduct initial telephonic interviews and candidate screening
5. Explain job roles, salary, shift timings, location, and other relevant details to candidates
6. Schedule candidates for client interviews and coordinate the interview process
7. Follow up with candidates regularly to ensure interview attendance
8. Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers
9. Coordinate with the operations and hiring teams regarding candidate status and interview feedback
10. Follow up with selected candidates until joining
11. Achieve daily and monthly recruitment and joining targets
12. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Salary and benefits:

1. Salary up to Rs 25000 per month

7. Basic knowledge of job portals and recruitment databases
