Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage all aspects of employee recruitment, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
2. Oversee employee onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
3. Handle employee documentation and maintain accurate records in compliance with company policies and regulations.
4. Process invoices and manage accounting tasks related to HR activities.
5. Utilize MS-Word, MS-Excel, and MS-Office to create and maintain HR documents and reports.
6. Provide English proficiency in spoken communication with employees and external partners.
7. Implement document management systems to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.

Salary

Probation:

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 20,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,50,000 - 2,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 1,50,000 - 2,00,000 /year
