About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Understand client requirements and job descriptions.
2. Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other recruitment channels.
3. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
4. Conduct telephonic/virtual interviews to evaluate candidates.
5. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
6. Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
7. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
8. Negotiate and discuss salary, notice period, availability, and other relevant details.
9. Maintain accurate recruitment MIS and daily activity reports.
10. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
11. Meet assigned sourcing and recruitment targets.
12. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

Earn certifications in these skills

Other requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Freshers can apply; prior recruitment experience will be an advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.

Ability to work with multiple job requirements simultaneously.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment portals.

Good convincing and negotiation skills.

Target-oriented and willing to learn.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹13,000 - 14,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
