Key responsibilities:

1. Act as the dedicated HR partner directly on the mechanical shop floor.
2. Bridge communication gaps between shop floor engineers and management.
3. Enforce shop floor safety standards, and zero-accident protocols.
4. Resolve floor-level conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary issues immediately.
5. Oversee daily manpower allocation, shift management.
