Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee management.
2. Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring across departments.
3. Manage employee onboarding, records, attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination.
4. Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, HR policies, and statutory requirements.
5. Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and processes.
6. Handle employee concerns, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues.
7. Coordinate performance management, appraisals, and employee engagement initiatives.
8. Work closely with management on team structure, hiring, and HR-related decisions.
9. Maintain a professional and positive workplace culture.
