About the job

Vanshdeep Group is looking for an enthusiastic and responsible HR executive who is willing to learn and build a career in human resources. Freshers with good communication skills and a basic understanding of HR activities are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the recruitment and hiring process, including candidate sourcing, screening, calling, and interview coordination.
2. Coordinate with candidates regarding interviews, joining dates, and required documents.
3. Assist with employee onboarding and joining formalities.
4. Maintain employee records, documents, and HR databases.
5. Assist in maintaining attendance and leave records.
6. Support the HR team with monthly payroll inputs and salary-related data.
7. Assist in employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
8. Handle basic employee queries and coordinate with the concerned department when required.
9. Assist in preparing HR documents such as joining forms, appointment letters, employee records, and notices.
10. Support the HR team in day-to-day HR operations and administration.
11. Assist with employee exit formalities and documentation.
12. Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
13. Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by the HR manager.

10. Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, management, or any relevant field. MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.
