We are looking for a dynamic and experienced human resources (HR) executive to join our team at Yash Enterprise. As the HR executive, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions such as recruitment, salary structure, client relationship management, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conducting recruitment processes for various positions within the company
2. Managing and maintaining employee salary structure and benefits
3. Building and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery
4. Leading and managing a team of sales professionals to ensure smooth operations
5. Utilizing MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office to analyze HR data and create reports
6. Demonstrating proficiency in written English for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
7. Implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention within the organization
